Check out this gallery of new abstract color photography from photographer Jim Cohoe. Jim has been an outstanding participant in my creativity workshop Discovering Your Creative Vision for a few years and recently created this new work exploring abstract patterns, colors and textures emerging from the hulls of decaying boats.

Due to the succes of “iPhoneography: Updated Visual Dialogs” in the media and the great attendance and interest in this creative photography exhibition The Lunch Box Gallery has decided to extend the show one month more. This is the first time they have done this!
The exhibition has been extended from April 7th to May 5th. That gives you an extra month to get down the The Lunch Box gallery in the Wynwood Art District in Miami to see the show.
I have two pieces in the show. See if you can spot them! I’ll post them on my blog next week.

We had a great photo excursion/creativity workshop at Rock City Gardens in Wabasso, Florida last Saturday. Students from my Photo 101 and Discovering Your Creative Vision classes at the Vero Beach Museum of Art participated.
“Rock City was one of the most fun photo trips I have ever had.” Debbie Turner-Bunnell

This is new work by one of my graduate school mentors, Ellen Carey. Ellen is a pioneer in photography exploring the language, process and apparatus of the camera. These are camera-less images called photograms. Ellen uses the colors used in color printing as her palette in these abstract & experimental works.
You can see some of my experimental photograms inspired by quantum physics, relativity, cosmology, astronomy & particle physics in these galleries:
